These terms govern the use of the FontStudio app (referred to as “the app”), developed by © Random Bits. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

This app is free to use (except for the Premium content that requires purchasing a license to access). You will maintain the rights to any designs you create with the app, unless the Canva Terms of Use state otherwise.

Premium License

The Premium License is a one-time purchase that allows you to access the Premium features of the app. The license is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Premium License is valid for the lifetime of the app, and if the app is discontinued for any reason, the license will be voided without refund.

Limited Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APP.
