In short: FontStudio is free to use with optional Premium features. You keep rights to designs you create. Premium licenses are non-refundable and tied to your Canva account.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FontStudio (“the app”), a Canva application developed by Random Bits LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

FontStudio is free to use. Certain features require a Premium license, purchased separately within the app.

You will maintain the rights to any designs you create with the app, unless the Canva Terms of Use state otherwise.

Premium license

FontStudio Premium unlocks additional fonts, templates, and features. The Premium license is non-transferable and non-refundable. Lifetime licenses remain valid while the app and Canva platform remain operational, and if the app is discontinued for any reason, the license will be voided without refund.

Limited Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APP.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
